I am a professional and independent minute-taker and I provide a confidential service delivering impartial, accurate and high-quality minutes.     

I have many years of experience recording proceedings for a variety of meeting types including:

My on-site minute-taking service is available to clients in the Warrington, Wigan and St Helens areas.

How Does It Work?

We begin with a consultation meeting for you to outline your requirements for the meeting and brief me on specific details.   The consultation can be in the most suitable format for you – by email, telephone or in person. 

Minutes are taken live at the meeting on my laptop, which is protected by encryption software to ensure security of the electronic file when I am travelling back to my base.   Formatting and presenting the minutes into a professional draft is carried out at my base, followed by the draft being sent to you for approval and any necessary edits.   As the client, you are responsible for final proof-reading and approval.   Once approved, the final version minutes are sent to you and all records deleted from my files.  

I respect confidentiality and data protection with all of my clients.  I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (Reg. ZA281849).   

The rate for this service is £30/hour.   One hour of formatting and proofing time is billed for every one hour of meeting time.
